Returns Policy
All sales on firearms are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at 9forward@9forward.com with details of the product and the defect. Further instructions will be provided if item is to be returned and/or exchanged.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Shipping
You will not request to ship prohibited packages outside the lower forty-eight states of the United States or to California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Washington, DC or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A VALID FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER (FFL)
9 Forward, inc complies with all federal, state, and local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearms, magazine feeding devices, ammo, and other prohibited products.
It is YOUR responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products that offers for sale.
Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), shotguns and rifles, and ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older. All firearms other than shotguns and rifles, and all ammunition other than ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older.
9 Forward Inc. does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
