FFL Transfer Policy 

 

 

  1. All FFL transfers must be pre-approved by 9Forward prior to shipment. All transfer requests must be sent to 9Forward via e-mail to info@9forward.com.  Failure to do so may result in denial of delivery. 
  2. All FFL transfers require a 24-hour (business hours) waiting period to allow for the proper receiving of the transferred items prior to pick-up. Failure to abide by this policy may result in further delays. 

  3. All FFL transferee's must wait until notified by 9Forward before arriving for pick-up. Failure to abide by this policy may result in further delays. 

  4. All FFL transfers will be priced as follows: $50 per item. Any adjustments to this price structure are at the sole discretion of 9Forward. 

  5. All transferred items not picked up within 10 business days of notification of receipt will result in an additional charge of $2 per business day in the possession of 9Forward.     

  6. If a firearm transferred does not have a lock included in the shipment, there will be a $5 fee. 

  7. All items left in the possession of 9Forward for a period longer than 90 days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the sole discretion of 9Forward.
     
  8. 9Forward will accept no transfers of Class 3 items.
